Default The Ruleset of the CBSMF

Just want to make sure that everybody that is gonna play in this CBSMF understand that this is a league created for the Shootout Rules system. The weight standard is 4.0 grams. No magnets under the bases. You can use screws or putty to bring figures up to that weight.

I would not have a problem if you do not want to play under this system and dropped out.

The rules are fast-paced. Could get up to 100 plays in a game. Games usually run about 3 hours. You have a 35-45 second clock. You pass with the triple threat QB. For those who may not be able to due to physical complications, may use a simulation box which will determine the completion or not. Tackles are anywhere, even if the players are facing opposite each other. We play this style with injuries, penalties, etc. Great players may get injured for games or weeks. If Barry Sanders gets a 3-week injury, he will be taken by the commissioner of each conference and put away for 3 games. Your commissioner will police that. We shake what is called "The Box" or "The Showstopper" which could literally change the complexion of the game on a dime. The games are intense. We play with a 20 second pass clock. We allow coaches to harass you! We want a national peanut gallery. We don't want you to take yourself too serious not to understand, "You can lose just like anybody else". The ruleset tells you to keep your lack of sportsmanship at your homes. Don't bring it to the CBSMF. The rules tells you to be helpful to your fellow CBS'ers. We're trying to show the best in the game.

Now if you feel these rules do not meet in your best interest, I would definitely understand your dropping out at this stage. Nothing would be said and we will wish you well. So if these are rules that you can abide by, get ready for 3 of the most thrilling hours you will ever have in the game of MF. We will be having training sessions and rules distributions to all that want the rules in the future.

You will be playing under a rule system that you've heard "myths" about. Now you can experience the truths and un-truths of what the Shootout system offers.

Reginald,
Question for you. You stated "You pass with the triple threat QB." What does this mean as far as the TDQ is concerened?

Default Geno, do you think I would leave the TDQ out?

Great innovations are always welcome in anything I spearhead! I guess I got to start remembering to always say TDQ. What is the kicker name for your product as well?

I definitely got to give your innovations the proper respect. My bad!

Yes, they are definitely in as well. Has it ever been a question. Also, did you get my PM on the TDQ?

Reginald,
No I didnt think you would leave the TDQ out....I am trying to break your old habits of TTQB talk. LOL Let me introduce you to the new QB in the game. His full name is Touch & Distance Quarterback He goes by the nickname TDQ . Let me also introduce you to the new Kicker in the game. His full name is Touch & Distance Kicker. He goes by the nickname of TDK . Ok now you have been formally introduced.....so I expect you to work on those old lingo habits.:p LOL

Default Boat Base question...

Are you only allowed 2 Boat Bases on the field at one time? Is it legal for me to have as many as I want on both squads (dark & light), but only two on the field at the same time? Or is it that I can only have 2 boats per dark squad, and 2 per light squad?
