Hi rappin4tay,
Greetings to you my friend. My name is John but I am better known on the chatboard as Coach J. I noticed that this is your first post so let me say welcome to the and the MFCA chatboard. You have come to a great place to get your MF questions answered. I noticed that you live in Oakland, California. I live in Foster City which is only 30 minutes from Oakland.
