Hmmmm no can do it's telling me my file is too big for the forum limits. Can anyone help with this matter??

Here Ya go Speedy

Find your pictures and "right click" one.
"Edit" should take you to Paint.
"Ctrl+W" gives you Stretch and Skew window.
"50, Tab, 50" shrinks that photo/picture to half size.
"Ctrl+S" saves the picture at its new size, which should fit in your screen without moving up/down/left/right.
Now you should be able to "Manage Attachments" on our website

Nope still wont's let me it says that the 3.69mb exceeds the forums limit of 488.3kb for this file type. I dunno??

you have to reduce the size of your pictures to a level that will pass thru. the image can then be loaded. Try not to make them too small...
