Default Tweaking New Talent

Hey Coaches,
I was asked to post this by some fellow coaches. Every base has talent it is up to you as a "Coach" to bring out the talent in each base. Some bases will have more talent than others, the same as NFL talent varies from player to player. To me one of the most fun things in this hobby is tweaking, I love it. Get a pair of tweaking pliers, a lighter, and scissors, or clippers. Just sit down and go for it. You will mess up some bases, but soon you will develope your own techniques. Quite simply put hands on is the easiest way to learn. Just ask some of the great tweakers in the hobby, we all know who they are. Hands on is the best way to learn. If you have any questions just get a hold of me or send me a PM.

try turning the base sideways where you can see the prongs as the flame approches....that way, you are able to see the reaction of the plastic as it receives the heat...you can control how much by seeing it!
