Default Blocking Sled-NEVER throw anything away!!

I don't throw anything away anymore without looking at it from an EF mind.

The clear plastic part came off of the end of the electric plug on our new coffee maker. I just bent it over and glued the one end to a base. I also glued two nuts on under the base after removing the prongs. The black rubber piece covering the blocking part is half of a rubber grip that came off a broken mechanical pencil. It weighs 4.9 grams and a good Norbert or Geno base will push it. If it can't be pushed the base is no good for my line. I'll grant you that there are better ways to test a base but this just looks cool.

This brings up the question of; how much weight can a strong base push? Anyone have a maximum weight?

Default It's a Proline TTC...

...and that's the only way to get them to run forward without tipping over! Bad design.

WW: How do those black P/L Rookies compare to the green ones in strength and speed?

It's actually a new F5 base from Tornado Alley and yes I put it on backwards. DOH. I guess the blocking sled wins in this matchup.

Speaking of th new F5's I am still testing them out and should be able to comment on them from my limited tweaking perspective soon.
