Hey ant,

how did your opening day as a semi pro football coach go. How did the qb do ?

if you can track down some pic's during the season please post some.

I think you said your team has the jets colors. did you like the uni's ?

THE TEAMED leared a lession that there own personal attitude needs to stay at home when you're playing a team sport.

With a 20-6 loss they all pointed the finger at them self, 2 dropped interceptions, missed tackles, poor pursuit angles.

As a coaches all you can do is teach, and give them all they need to be prepared to win.

They have not yet learned that it's all about TEAM, not " I " or " Me ".

It is alot like this hobby. Every one wants things there way, what they like and will not do what is best for the team ie the hobby. ( Just my observation ).

One of the players told me " coach you prepared us right for the game, but we didn't get it done, the loss is on us "

Practice was good Tuesday, but we will see this Saturday if they have learned.

I guess you know what it feels like when bill parcell's alway's had that frustrated look !!!!!!!!!!! I hope they keep working together and learn from that. Maybe if you benched someone it may wake them up !!!!! Your right, everyone can't have there way and except things to fall into place.
