Default Miniature Football Returns To Northern California

Greetings to all of my fellow coaches in the Miniature Football community. I hope that everyone is doing well.

To begin with this is my 500th post and it comes as a special one. Miniature Football has finally returned to northern California after an eight year hiatus. The last time there was an established Miniature Football league in northern California was in 2000. On last Saturday 8/9 myself and three other coaches met for a scrimmage. There was one other gentleman in attendance who I met on the Miggle chatboard on Christmas Day in 2006. To make a long story short what started out as four coaches committed to starting a league may now have as many as seven coaches. By the way the newest member of the MFCA, Jeremy Konaris, is one of the gentleman who is interested in joining the league. Also four of the potential seven members are part of the MFCA chatboard.

Have a good day, thanks to those of you who have been helpful in helping put the league together and for those who have been encouraging in helping us get established, and look for a full write up in The Tweak.

Coach J

Coach J, you must be elated. Great news, the power of the Internet working for you.

Good luck on your future league activity.

Default Bay Area is Game

John: This is great news, best of luck. Back in the day, the Bay area boasted one of the best painters (Garret Gaitano) and a very active league. A few of them came east for Miggle conventions. Then nothing active in your area until you came on the scene. I toast your cause with a Manhattan. Ray F.

Thumbs up

Hard work & dedication is finally starting to pay off. I remember just a short time ago when you connected with me & we started talking about putting something together. Just finding anybody out here was like pulling teeth. We kept talking & networking & then there was one, then another and a location fell in to our laps. Now we are up to potentially seven squads and ready to rumble next month. It is exciting to see how things have come together in such a short period of time but in retrospect, this was a long time in coming & now The NCMFL is in the house.Kudos to you Coach J for efforts & dedication to getting things back on the map in the area.It has been 8 long years in coming. To all the other coaches welcome to The NCMFL & to all the coaches who are supporting us,Much love to all of you as well.Your support has been very much appreciated!!!

Thumbs up The "NEW" league...

Northern California coaches,

Congratulations on the formation of your new league! You guys are the foundation for what will be many years (Lord willing) of miniature football excitement. I wish you guys all the best, and much success. If you guys need any help, Coach J has my number, so don't hesitate to get in touch.
