We got MANTARAYS in NY and now STINGRAYS down in E-beth City, VA!?!

If you scroll down a lil bit under the text box and under the SUBMIT REPLY button, you'll see MANAGE ATTACHMENTS. Click it, then BROWSE in the new window that opens up. Find your picture that is saved in a file on your cpu. There are size limits, so highlite your pic(s) and make sure they fit. Then double click the pic. Click UPLOAD and then SUBMIT. Bada bing.
