Coaches Association Progress Report
I just wanted to update progress to this point.
Beenutt and I have had 25 requests to be on the committee. We have visited with just about everyone and have also visited with most of the major manufacturers. Things are looking VERY positive! We are going to decide on committee members today and will have reps from all of the major areas of the country as well as from the major playing styles. We will announce the committe by no later then Tuesday morning A private forum will be set up on this chat board for the committee to discuss aganda items. A prelimanary agenda is set already. A name for the association will be high on the agenda. We will NOT be able to use the words "electric football" in the name due to Miggles trademark on this name and our desire to stay independent of any manufacturer. You may add your suggestions here for the committee to work on. Initial suggestions are: Electric Tabletop Football Association Football Hobbyists Players Association Make your suggestions now as the committee will be voting on the name by Thursday. Thanks to everyone. I believe that we ill have a fantastic Association in place very shortly and we will be looking for and needing EVERYONE'S POSITIVE support.

Initial suggestions are:
Electric Tabletop Football Association Lynn, I think we might be in trouble with having 'electric' and 'football' together in the name. Maybe; Association of Football Gamers Scaled Football Coaches Association Miniature Football Coaches Orginazation Tabletop Football Players Association Football Gamers of America

Suggestions
Watch for the "Tabletop" part I know the Subbuteo world uses Tabletop in there leagues names and federation. So with that I think National Miniature Football Association.

One of the suggestions with the word minature in it sounds the best to me. Either the Minature Football Coaches Association or something along those lines.

Bill, If we were to use "electric football" in the name they could at any time shut down an event if they were not happy with what we were displaying or doing.
