Not to long long ago there was a power breakfast held in IHOP in the state of texas. It was myself, kev boddie, reg riutledge and dewoyne. As we discussed various league issue's and passing formula's. There is one thing that stuck with me that reg and dewoyne said. Once you get good people 'NOT COACHE'S", but good people in your league you do what you can to keep them around because of who they are. 'dewoyne mac " . That was a very enlightning statement that taught me they are more interested in the person than the coach at hand. very educational breakfast. To live by bill parcell's words "GO BY WHAT YOU SEE ", NOT BY WHAT YOU THINK !


I have a general question for all ef/mf coache's.

Are you having fun and getting the most out of ef/mf where you currently stand ? That can be league, city, the mfca, whatever is associated with EF.

what value do you place on the people you are currently associated with in this hobby ?

there are coaches who will travel miles just to play with paticular coache's only because they love being around them. "That is an extremely high compliment" .

who are some you would love to get on the board with simply because you value them as a person first and coach second ??????
