I have no problem with COC, however...
one of the things that drove me away from the Miggle site was censorship. Beenutt ask me in the beginning of this site to come on and write things and respond on this site and I have.
I, for the most part, have not engaged in coming at people in a negative way most of the time (even when I was baited or provoked). However, I think all should have a voice to express their opinions. Grown men will debate and not agree on things but at the end of the day, I think most have the game's best interest at hand. So many people use to post here or read here but when things become over-policed, you lose the essence of what make a site special. I guess my only problem really comes when negative spin comes on someone or someone's preference of rules or figures at the expense of someone else. I can not comment intelligently on a style of play when I have never played that style but an off the cusp remark of "hearsay" on that style could be inflammatory. So my best bet is not to comment on that style of play due to my ignorance. I admit, I am about as igonorant about some styles of play as a child is about Einstein's Theory of Relativity! But negative attack ads about one style of play gives me no reason to want to try or invest my time in the attacker's style of play either. Simply marketing the good points would! But with that being said, silencing voices can be a dangerous thing because it will eventually silence a chatboard. I definitely understand your concerns and I probably would have put out some warning but we must be prudent in running people away. Just an opinion, Reg |

I am So Pleased !!!!!!!!!!!
I remember some time ago that I suggested something like this befor, but every one thought it was stupid and not needed.
I am very very pleased. NFL Players have to conduct them self in a proper way as to reflest positively on the NFL and to set an example of professionalism, sportsmanship, and ethics. And now we do to, well done guys, WELL DONE I hope that this will encourage coaches to take on the posture of learning and understanding what they are reading. We all have similar ideas and the same wants and we must understand that some one may have a better idea on something then you do or vise versa. Ask question to try and understand rather than to defend. Remember if you never operated under something then how can you really understand it fully? If you never have eaten a type of food, how can you tell others what it tast like? You simply don't know. Going by what you heard someone else say is not the right way to go. I love to learn and understand how things work, I look at facts, I don't go by what I like or favor because then I am not objective, and if you're not objective then you will close you're mind to understanding. Now this next statement applies to every member and reader on this board, ( When you open you're mind to learn and understand the hobby and every one in it will benefit. Be honest, be objective, and if you believe you can then you will. Lets be allies one to another and not an adverary ! )

It has been brought to my attention that I am not enforcing the code of conduct as it was written. My apologies to the MFCA membership. I will attempt to do a better job or will resign as moderator as soon as a replacement can be found.
I just don't have the desire to continue any further with this position.

My grandfather once told me an old Sicilian proverb " If two people know something or are involved in something thats one too many". Unfortunatly the older I get the more I believe that proverb. Come on guys. Lets do the thing that this site was meant to do, PROMOTE THE HOBBY. HAVE FUN and ENJOY COMPANIONSHIP. I personally would like to thank those that maintain this site. Have one on me! I am not refering to one or a group of individuals. LETS BE MEN!

Forums in general...
no matter what type - seem to go down this path eventually. People seem to think it is their right to do and say whatever they like. Opinions can sometimes spin out of control and head down paths not intended.
I hope that is NOT where we are headed. I would also like to thank all those involved with maintaining the MFCA site and providing all of us the opportunity to share our passion for the game!
