Hello,it is a custom from reggie figs.I believe the dominator and arms from Howie or similar figure.It is the Strong safety pose,or I like to refer to it as the 'Flyin Hawaiin" #43 Palamalu.Didn't mean to jump in,but I just did that fig--STT
