My lesson with Master Yoda......
As i sit here at my work station, my mind still buzzing in high gear trying to absorb all the input it recieved, I still can't believe it really happened.
I was the honered guest of the gr8 Reginald Rutledge at his hotel last night for a few jam packed hours of customizing, talking, and just hanging out and having fun. Reggie is one of the nicest people i have ever met,and he works so fast it blows my mind. As the lesson went on i was amazed at how fast he was at customizing figs, I would ask, how bout a pose like this and BAM...in like 2 mins he had it done. He also was very undrstanding as he walked (or crawled) me through the prosesses of creating the poses at my pace. The knowledge i recieved lastnight was incredible and as most do who meet him i wish i could have spent more time but all good things come to an end at some point. Thanks reggie for your hospitality, I really do appreciate you taking time "From your Vacation from EF " to sit down with me and share your vast knowledge. All i can think of to close this is that stupid visa commercial, but it just seems to fit..... Gas to hotel and back $40.00 xacto knife, glue, lighter, and paints $20.00 The knowledge recieved PRICELESS !!!!! |

Really amazing!
Hello,
I know how you feel. I had a similar experience with Reggie at last years Seawall Brawl. 2minutes top to complete any custom posse. He even created some figures in the dark! I have video proof. Patrick and BigLock even created a few custom posses before we went cruising the highways in Newport News. |

Mutual Admiration
Rick,
It was definitely a mutual respect from me as well. I really appreciated the time. We just hung out! I wish I would have had more time. The funny thing is, as I write this note, I am still in LA! I got bumped from my flight! So we will leave Saturday. However, it was definitely a great pleasure spending that time with you and your fabulous wife, Roseanne. I am sure we will have other times but continue to persevere and think beyond the norm. Be visionary in creating miniature football players. Always remember, with the 24 poses, you can basically create any player or pose from history you ever wanted to. Reginald |

Reginald Rutledge
It is so nice to finally see that the EFL communities (at least those here) are finding out the truth about Mr. Reginald Rutledge. I have had the pleasure of calling Reginald a friend for the past six years; I have listened to and have responded to some of the negative “name calling” that Reginald has endured over the years. Reginald has always had one mission in mind for EFL from the beginning, “make it as real as possible and to bring people together”. That’s it, that simple. I wish that I was able to make the trip to the coast in June, but unfortunately I will not. All I can do is say if you don’t know Reginald, stay in the hobby long enough and you will, and if you’ve just meet him, hang on it’s going to be a great ride!
To all of those going to the DFW Super Bowl weekend I look forward to meeting those that I have not yet meet. Thanks John Rowan (San Antonio) |

Thanks for sharing....
Man, to have RR come to your town and proceed to give you hans-on action ALONE is priceless!!!!
RR is indeed one of the "founding brothers" that made my EFL experiece a new thing - back several years ago. I want to see the creations (once you get them painted) from this epic encounter. Thanks, Coach K-Lo |
