i'm painting UTEP as my college team and i need the colors or a photo of there football uniforms.(home and away). any info will be welcome.

I'd use Testors Dark Blue for the uniform.
Helmet-use testors orange and add a drop of dark blue to it. Most uniforms/helmets use the same colors, but with different % in them. That's my take.
I'm sure DecalMaster Jedi has other paint brands that will help you too.
