i WILL BE THE FIRST TO ADMIT THAT promoting anything becomes quite tiring when you do it alone. When many others have the same abilitily to do the same. You promote promote promote, then others swoop in at the end and enjoy the meal. its like cooking thanksgiving dinner. Someone breaks their neck cooking from wednsday night until maybe 4:00 thanksgiving day without any help. Not even an offer. But when it is time to eat, all of a sudden faces appear. They eat, THEN DISAPPEAR AGAIN. Dont even help wash the dishes. I think the hobby could be so much more if coaches branched out and promote something. Some coaches wont even type one syllable regarding anything going on in their league. I understand there are the PLAYERS and the SAYERS. There has to be a 50/50 combo instilled in you.

I think 1 thing that may help is in 2011, the cbsmf needs to up the steaks regarding the tv airings. MAYBE A COUPLE OF ESPN TYPE OF SHOWS COMING FROM EACH CONFERENCE. get a conference banner as a backdrop. Place a fancy table drape over a table. have the conference teams mini helmets placed strategically about. Sit down and discuss the goings on in said conference. Speak on the game. interview coaches. ALL SHOWS TAPED NOT LIVE. REASON BEING WE MUST LEARN HOW TO EDIT AND INCORPORATE
GAME HIGHLIGHTS. Coaches can speak on there strategies. I dont know if you know but they do sell mini DVD recorders at staples that are made just for computers. That may help. I brought one a year ago, never used it. But i will. The big 12 and swc have done a great job in the tv ranks and overall.
Dong lang and reg rutledge have done masterfull jobs running things in there respectable conferences. The big 12 overall have done an outstanding job spearheading play in the cbsmf. BUT THE BIG SWC TRUCK IS COMING DOWNHILL VERY FAST.

It is still relatively early yet so things will get moving. I hope outsiders are watching the games on the net and planning on participating next season.

I looked up college conferences the other day. there are so many that the cbs have not eeven touched upon yet.

You guys already made the cbsmf huge. But it could be alot bigger. I think it will become icredibley large in 2011. im sure many are on the fence about participating and im not sure why. IF YOUR GOING TO LET B S GRUDGES FROM 50 MILLION YEARS AGO KEEP YOU FROM ENTERING YOUR FAVE COLLEGE TEAM. You will miss the boat.
