MFCA Latest from Trademark Management

Well I did receive an email that my website is in full compliance now. I just wanted to pass on some info so that no one else will have to go through this. I am still waiting to see if I have to pay back anything or if they will be happy with my compliance. I was told and most of you know this by now that you can not even sale any items on ebay that show nfl or ncaa logos. You also have to be careful about figures with similar colors. I think young Taylor did a good job on his site of using plain colors with no logos on his figures. This is a bummer since I did so much business on EBAY , but I know I'm on the radar now so I will have to stop that now. Just some details that may help in the future.
Thanks,
CowboyMike

Default Keep your chin up Mike

Everyone knows your work. You came to this site and did everything the correct way. Things happen for a reason.
If it wasn't for you, we might not have ever known we had a traitor & Hater in our midst.

Things are being done. Just keep doing you, and everything else will fall into place.

Take care,

the F.O.T.H.

Thumbs up I could not agree more!

National hit it on the head. You came on the scene. I never even noticed someone had a name similar to yours.

When I compare your product to theirs, you win by a mile.

Remember when you and I chatted about that email? I know who did that too.

Then they have the nerve to post how sorry they are right in your face like no one knows what's up.

You do great work Mike that's why you will do well for life! No pun intended.

Default Thanks!

CowboyMike,

I've pretty much stayed out of this whole thing because I don't get to much in the business end like others and quite frankly....I didn't know you and what you are about. BUT....I must commend you for how you've handled this whole affair. I also want to thank you for sharing your experiences so others can benefit from it. I don't plan on going into business in EFL circles but I appreciate you coming forth. This showed me how selfless you are which is impressive.

Don

Default NO NAMING NAMES

Guys,

I talked to CowboyMike personally when this first came up and he is to be highly commended for the way he has handled this situation. I WILL NOT ALLOW names to start being called out on this forum publicly. If you wish to specualte about who among us is behind this then do so through personal email or PM.

MFCA I agree

Hey Coaches I have to agree with elffanatic. I appreciate all the kind words and I would love to call this guy out especially after the problems he caused me and the money I'll most likely have to pay as a penatly. If I did that then I would be just as low as he is. This has created a lot of anger for this hobby and thats one thing I dont want. I have only been posting updates so that we can all learn from this and avoid our forum from getting into trouble. I strongly believe that this individual will get what he deserves in the end. I am new to this hobby and really enjoy it. I only want whats best for the hobby. Again thanks everyone for the support.

CowboyMike
