Great stuff, Reg. Keep posting.

Though, you can probably guess, I'm just waiting for Pittsburgh-Cleveland.

Default Great Start For Big D

Wow, what a great start for Dal. But, can they keep the momentum up? What can SF do to contain Hollywood? I can't wait to read the rest.

Default Oh my!

Who is back up for Newhouse? Jensen? Or Presten Pearson playing all four downs? Pearson was a pre-eminate 3rd down back.

Wayne, my bay area bud, you may be right. I hope the Dallas secondary doesn't lapse into a prevent D. We all know what has happened in the past!

Default 6 Weeks Knocked Out: Jerry Rice Impact

I've been waiting on this for a long time, to see how a team does without its impact player. Can they rally around what they have? Jerry Rice weighed 5.5 grams. The player average is 4.0 grams. He's usually matched up against a team's best cover corner. Now, how does this great SF team rally around QB Joe?

The second team receivers are light in the pants and are not really homerun hitters or can go the distance. So it will be interesting to look at Rice sitting up on the shelf not being able to be used for 6 weeks.

I know the Cowboys have lost Newhouse and he was a very good blocker. He will be gone for the remainder of the game but the effects is not as devastating as this loss. So now, I start to have in the game what I have always wanted. Weeks injuries and season ending injuries and to understand some of the effect of these injuries, it will be enjoyable!

Never wishing a great superstar injury, even on the miniature scale but injuries are a part of the game. Now I get to see it up close and personal.
