Default Gutt took my thunder

Yeah what's the difference???? Your DFW team is for that league....run!???

What about that buzzballl team you had....oh they were set up for those rules. RUN!!!

RM maybe you should just take one of your teams and put puddy or tape to them. Brian Healey said it didn't affect his team. His NEFL 3.3 falcons were his 4.0 Falcons in the BAM. He just beefed them up

I want to know why you 2 chumps are hijacking my post of great TTQB passers????????

How do you throw in the GLEFL???? I have to take RM on this one!!!! Sorry Hulk.........
Jim you are too much of a homer to do list my friend. I know Greg is a very good passer. Ask Kenny if I can pass.

Lomax, Brian Nixon........Really? The guy never played anyone. What are some of these guys scores in the MFCA skills event???? Tom R is another great passer. Him and Andrew have perfect scores to their credit.

What ball is used in the GLEFL....Im not giving any credit to anyone throwing with that big pill ball!!!!!!!!!!!

Nat'l
best passer I have seen, could throw with touch and could hit receivers in tight triple coverage on the head with a 'drop shot' over and over again....

Default Thanks

Thanks Adrian. I didn't even think you knew I existed!! I should NOT be #1 on any list. Maybe if I hit that pass that set up the game winning field goal at the last Buzzfest tourney. I still think about that STUPID pass and it makes me sick. I think that's why George won't have another Buzzfest. He likes to see me miserable!

Jim, stop it already. I already won the game on paper AND CorEy says that I'll win. That's all we need. Besides, I'm using all Norbert bases on my team. He is, was and always will be a better tweaker than you are. So stop it. Just worry about finding us a good Chinese Buffet in C-bus.

Default Everyone exists in this community....

even more so when you contribute in the ways that you and so many others have and continue to.

You might be right about the number one on the list thing. That type of stuff is all relative anyway and constantly changes, so I say, who cares. It appears to be more of a publicity stunt anyway.

As for the missed pass(es), we both had many in that game. Even though that was the case, I thought you missed that one on purpose. Remember, ifa-woulda-Shoulda-coulda means absolutely nothing in these neck of the woods, so let it go homez Perhaps its par the course. Everything happens for a reason.

Jimmy baby, I'm coming for you. Make sure you bring that lil tiny tweak board of yours. I will score on every play from scrimmage and Imo b running up the guttman.

Remember... Unilimited weight

Default Nice Post...

This is a really cool post! In my opinion table top EF is sooooooooo easy! In the DFW we have had guys with perfect passer ratings in games! Its just that easy when you can get eye level with the field, have all day to throw, stick your finger on the board to get the angle right and then launch.

I've seen some of the best passers all over the country. I've traveled coast to coast and none compare to Don Hudson in the DFW.

I'm not sure how many of you guys have passed the football with obstacles but a stadium is the ultimate obstacle. Don can hit your shoe lace, your helmet, your right arm and call every shot! Once the stadium is removed he's so automatic its unfair! REDICULOUS PASSER!!! I don't think I've seen him miss but only 2 or 3 in passes in years. So as for me the best passers are those who can complete difficult passes with very tough obstacles in very tough games such as championships and playoff elimination rounds. Regular season passes don't even matter because you get to play again next week.

The MFCA challenge doesn't move me as a way to gage the best passers. There is no challenger, no defenders in the way, no passing clock or pressure and nothing on the line. Very entertaining but not a good measuring stick in my opinion.

Here are my top 4 passers...

4. Marty T - Vegas (This dude passes lights out. No one knows him though but he went undefeated in the CBSMF last years and had the highest rated offense in the league and won his conference)

3. Greg Hardmon - GLEFL (Speaks for itself. Greg is what I call a flicker! He gets in there, flicks and gets out. The faster passer I've ever seen. Waste no time. You have to be good to be able to do that. The real key is that in Big games he hits the pass.)

2. Mike Turner - Vegas (I know many of you are like but he doesn't win much. That was not the question. The question was best passers. Mike doesn't have the best strategy or the best athletes but he can throw with the best in the game. Even better when he takes a sip. Really great passer though and passes well in big games. Still don't know how he does it with that thumb.)

1. Don Hudson - DFW (I would bet my house, car and entire savings account on this dude versus anyone in the USA. haha...no I really wouldn't but that's just how sure I am of this dude's ability to pass. It is mind blowing and it will frustrate you as an opponent when you play good defense and he passes through crowds to make a completion. SICK! Just SICK!!)

Honorable mention...I haven't seen Raiderman but sounds like he may be really good!Adrian Baxter just wins championships so how can you not consider this guy. So what it takes him too long to pass. He plays by the rules of the league!Celo is great as well but he needs to stop the shaking during championship games. If he did that he would be in the top 5 and have National championship hardware to show for it. Ihear that Norbert is a really good passer also but I've never seen him stretch the field passing. I've always seen really short throws out of him. Simmie Lassiter from 2 years ago Simmie! I don;t know what happened to him as of late but 2 years ago they use to call him "Simmie Automatic" now when he plays its an "automatic win" for your team. haha. I hope he gets back to the old Simmie quick!Brian Healy - This is my boy and he can pass the rock! I call him "ICE ICE BABY!" He cold with the pass but I can kick his butt on the field. haha!

Default You missed a shootout

In the open run....it was Turner vs Celo in a barn burner. I don't think either guy tried a run in the 2nd half. The game was very heated, as you know it gets hot in LA!
But those guys put on a show throwing the ball.
Question Mike, what ball is Hud throwing with? I hope you not giving him all these props and he throwing with a beach ball!

I like the MFCA passing challenge. If you want to get creative, then that's up to you. Me, Andrew and Healey in our down time play H.O.R.S.E but with our TTQB. We set up all kinds of defenders around the intended guy, if you hit, then the next guy has to hit or they get the letter. I've seen Andrew hit the upright of the goal post, and crazy stuff like that. And he has a perfect passing score to his credit in the skills events. I've been to Texas 3 times playing with you guys, and watching. Hud can't throw with Andrew.
RM is good. Like I said, he won't throw the difficult stuff if he doesn't have to, and he rarely misses. And if he does, he's one of the first to say he did!!!
Joe G was having a bad passing day in our playoff game, but when it came down to a clutch long pass he hit, and turned the man up field. But like I said, he is streaky....remember that guard from the Piston Bad Boy days...Vinny the microwave.....thats Joe G

Hey Mike, remember we pulled out our TTQBs in the LA airport??? Doug Shananigans was there. We had our own passing challenge, you know who won.....NATIONAL!!!! And I don't make your list? That's it, next season you are playing in the NEFL, I'm putting you in my division! I'm going to pass all over you! So now start making your team. Don't paint, just get the bases and figs, I will let you know of the team after this season. It's time you stepped out of your DFW comfort zone and played with the big boys!
