Did I mention that I have won more backyard battles with my green army men than any other adult on my block?

I took a demoralized and wounded force right through my neighbors flowerbed, over his landscaped brick border and captured his plastic flag. It was a tough battle, I lost my prone machine gunner, my radioman and my mine sweeper, but we over ran his troops on the way to victory.

I am going to be crowned Backyard General of the Winter War at our March BBQ!

I AM THE BEST TOY ARMY GENERAL IN THE LAND!

Default No Doubt

If I had the official document saying so, I would stamp it.

Much respect to Jamel and the Michigan coaches.

You guys have put together a GREAT run in the EF community.

Default Bragging Rights

Everyone has the right to brag a little. If we don't like it, shut 'em up. It's just as simple as that. Some will go a little overboard, but that's ok too. This is for fun. If you find this troubling you, step back and re-evaluate.

Whatever we do, let's just do it in good taste and ENJOY this dam thing.

No more comments on this from me.

Still in the hotel just chillin. About 10 or so of us are still here.

Peace

Default Great Lakes

It's a dang tough league, that's for sure. But the fun thing is that I had a blast playing the regular season in this my first year. Can't wait to get on the vibraturf in the playoffs - it's a "who's who"...

You gotta bring your best to play there and it's a great place to go to improve your game and have a lot of fun doing it.

Default Who are the miggle best.

I.ve only been to three Miggle tournaments and I ,ve seen three champions win the tounament in the past three years. 2 Great Lake and 1 Deep South so in my opinion they are caring the crown so far . You guys who have been attending it and no the history of Champions of the tournament . Give us new player and leagues some names of champions of the miggle tournament and where they come from so we can determine the area thats cares the crown so far in this particular tournament.

Yep, they still have not done that yet, amazing.

Almost all of our coaches who frequent the board got on to congratulate the Open Run champ the last two years. I still don't see one from any of the folks out west for Jamel's accomplishment. Very good way to get people to support your endeavors.

Sometimes actions speak louder than words. I shall not respond to any further post because a "fan" posed a valid question which turned into a moratorium alleging our coaches are one dimensional. Let's attribute that to total absence of information.

But I will leave you with this:

Vince Peatros was there to congratulate Jamel personally. Still no congrats to this great coach who reached his competitive goal. I just read it, not one.

Nope, Vince isn't the problem. We got it all wrong.

Default can we agree to disagree

Congrats to Jamal!!!

for winning your 1st Miggle event!!!

as for the question of this thread, it is still a matter that will no doubt be discussed until someone gets hurt and takes it to the other place

Been playing for a long time and I agree to disagree....

until they get knocked off the top, GLEFL owns Miggle right now.......

I am cool with that because of the "Miggle format" it is not designed for everyone to be successful, even if you are a good coach and have great talent on your team.

if you were to break down the lineup, DSEFL and GLEFL made up the majority of the coaches that actually played.....and does not rep all of us in the equation.....

so going forward, be kind so that we can push forward and not get back to the type things that make us all look bad.........

k-lo
