Default tales from the crypt

got a call from my cousin, richard. who i used to hang out with ALL the time when we were pre teens and teens....and we got talking about all the efl games we played....back then it was all pro...and no matter how many games we talk about the one we keep bringing up was the time richard got the detroit lions and some new bases right out of the bag....I brought over my cleveland browns for a battle.....anyway long story short he beat me on the last play with an pass from landry to owens on my 6 yard line i still remember the score detroit ( richard) 28 cleveland ( brian ) 21...then as we go to talking we realized that that was 1972 35 years ago....god do I feel old today

Default I know the feeling

Recently when my son and I got into EF an old friend sent me many teams that he still had in storage (he hasn't played in years). In his note he reminded me that I had painted most of them for him - around 1976/77. BTW speaking of 1972 - I was fortunate enough to live in Miami during the 1972 - 17-0 season - this is when I first fell in love with football. Constant TV, radio and news about the team - the "Miaimi Dolphins" song it was crazy.
