Default broken board question

ok.. this is the deal.. i have a basically brand new miggle superbowl field that has now just stopped working.. the motor on the bottom vibrates but doesnt vibrate enough for the players to move. Also sometimes i will get a loud noise do to the motor and the vibration not working.. Is there any way i can fix this or somehow do something with it .. Me and my friends bought it about 5 weeks ago from a store in the mall but we dont have the receipt and the thing just wont work.

Default Screw The Screw

The screw in the endzone controls the vibration. Chances are, depending on the game, that it is the wrong size screw. Take a picture or describe the board or box it came in for more "how to's."

OK.. The easiest solution first.. Are you turning the knob topside of the motor that adds or subracts vibration to the field?

Especially since you know the motor IS working..
Make sure the game is sitting on a level surface and isn't wrenched one way or another..

Post again and let us know.

i try to adjust the knob in the end zone but it still doesnt work.. the box motor on the botom seems to be a little bit loose. other then that , it looks fine but jsut doesnt get the right amount of vibration.
