Testors Clear Acrylic
Has Anybody Ever Used Testors Clear Acrylic As A Sealer-gloss Coat? What Were The Results?

Nope. Only folk art outdoor gloss sealer. At Michaels on the paint isle, in the bottle with the green label.
Leave those testors and model masters paints alone. Michaels acryllic paints are cheaper and come in far more variety. Plus, they clean up with soap and water when spilled. The clear coat mentioned above is an excellent bargain for $4.00 / 4oz. --DM Last edited by Decal Master : 12-28-2006 at 12:21 PM. |

Dm,
Just Called You. Do You Have A Website For That Sealer? No Michaels In The Area. |

NC Hitmen are you talking about the model master
If so I use it all the time. There are two kinds either semi gloss or gloss. The semi gloss seals everything down but doesn't seem, to me, to give the same protection as the gloss. I usually use the semi if I just put decals on a helmet and it is a team with a few stripes and emblems just to hold them. I go over it later with the gloss for max protection and the shine is very nice.
