Question For those of us not good at tweaking...

Where is the best place to pick up strong and fast bases? I eventually want to get into tweaking, but i'd rather have a couple of nice running teams to play around with while i figure out tweaking.

Default Bases

PD Look into Jim Davis, Norbert Revels, Kelvin Lomax, Geno H, Smitty, Sean Carter, or Mike Pratt some of those guys. No order on the guys; I just know they sell the tweaked bases. They're all on this chat board.

The before mentioned are good people to contact regarding base tweaking. You might also want to order a set of the Miggle '04 Convention Polo Green and the '06 Convention Orange TTC's and rookie bases. I noticed that some of the '04 Polo Green rookie bases had decent speed right out of the box without any tweaking. Hope this helps.
