Default Need Help In Putting A Motor On A Board

WHATS UP FELLAS,
I am trying to duplicate my snowboard so i can send in the original one and put up for auction for the MFCA convention (see thread - PRETTY BOY NEEDS YOU!!!)
I HAVE A NICE 620 BOARD (BLUE ENDZONES- NFL) BUT IT HAS NO MOTOR ON IT. I HAVE PLENTY OF OTHER SMALLER (500) BOARDS WITH MOTORS ON THEM. HERE IS WHERE I NEED HELP.......

**CAN I TAKE THE MOTORS OFF OF THEM AND PUT THEM ON THE 620?
**HOW DO I DO THIS?

**CAN I PUT 2 ON FOR BALANCED POWER? OR WILL THAT BE TOO MUCH?
**IF SO, HOW DO I DO THAT?

**OR DO I HAVE TO GO OUT AND GET ANOTHER MOTOR FROM some-WHERE???

**HOW DO I DISCONNECT THE MOTORS?
**HOW DO I PUT THEM BACK ON?

I AM NO DUMMY, BUT HANDS ON-ENGINEERING INCLINED, I SURELY AM NOT. SO PLEASE, IF YOU CAN, TAKE ME STEP BY STEP ON GETTING A MOTOR ON THIS BOARD PROPERLY.
THANKS SO MUCH IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR TIME. IT IS MUCH APPRECIATED.

SCOTT

Default Pratt

Mike Pratt did a writeup on this subject on the Miggle Site. Something like "Tweaking Boards." If you can't find it, I'll get you in touch with him.

I just looked at one of my 620.The rivets are on the side. You cant get to them with out bending stuff.I took a 660 motor and put on another 660 once.I ran two and it was sweet. If the rivets are on top or bottom where you can get to them drill out the rivets and then mark the motor rivet holes and drill two small holes.Get some rivets and rerivet the motor on. Its simple call me if you need any help. chuck 734-776-2274
