Yes, I created some helmet visor material off of packaging of children's toys from Christmas time. Its the very thin clear material for the "window" of the packaging. I just started dabbling with it. I like the material that is very thin and can easily shape into a half cylinder and be glued on prior to applying the facemask. I put it on my Randy Moss figure but its clear and not so obvious. Next I'm going to try painting it with a semi transparent black/gray.

what about film for a camera? or maybe go to a window tinting place and get a couple samples from them and cut them up. Never tried it or anything, just an idea.

Default Hobby shops

Any good hobby or train shop will have clear and tinted thin plastic sheets. You could make dozens of visors from it. Not free - but hobby shops great resource for us EF "gear guys".
