I think the thing that really excites me is the customizing possibilities. Once you save the torso almost everything else can be manipulated. Maybe someone should customize theirs for the customizing/painting contest. Still time to get an entry in.

In my opinion, I feel that we should become better acquainted with this piece of equipment before we start cutting it up into poses of our choice. Unlike other figures, the TDQ has to be accurate. Moving, adding, or removing pieces from it could cause it to become inaccurate. Also, the feel can be changed when paint is applied.

That's fine but I think the point of making it three dimensional is so that it can be customized. I think this is a plus. Each coach can get used to their own touch and feel of the man...of course, I haven't got mine yet...GENO! Maybe once I see it in person, I will change my mind butI can see alot happening with this now or in the future.

Maurice, Thats great insight, and yes you can get replcement springs. For now thats all I will say.....but this is an area I spent alot of time testing. More on this subject as we all get further into the TDQ. Geno H |

The TDQ is pretty cool. I still haven't quite dialed in the sweet spots to place the ball and the exact arm pull to apply (Man...it does throw a bullet though) in each situation, but once you get the feel with the TDQ I imagine the old TTQB will be obsolete. The only thing I worry about is the life of the spring.

Man!
After reading some of your reviews I can't wait for mine to arrive. Any more coaches who've received theirs want to add their two cents?

Do not worry! G-FORCE will provide product support if a problem arises. The spring is made of Music quality wire. I have literally thousands of throws with the EXACT same wire in the production model. Thats why I chose it. The arm has a built in limiter that limits the maxium travel of the arm. You would have to try hard and break it to exceed the limits of the spring. We might see a slight "seating of the spring" which would result in a slight loss of tension. But in setting up each TDQ I am quite confident I have allowed for this. Thank you for all your feedback! I am glad you are pleased. Geno H |

Play in arm or not?
Geno, I like the looks of this passer. Also it looks like it will last longer than a TTQ too.
I have one question that the pictures can not answer. Here is my question to everyone who had a chance to try it out. Does the arm have play in it when you bring it back or is it very stiff? I hope the answer is that it does have play. Meaning that you can pull the arm back and it could go a little to the left or right. Making the coach have some skill on a accurate pass by making sure they pull it stright back. Then it would be like a TTQ and it should have a good chance to be allowed in EF leagues out there.
