The Final Countdown!

One week from today coaches from around the Midwest will be heading on down to Logansport, Indiana!

I would like to announce for those coaches coming in Friday night, my version of a welcome dinner...it will be held at our local Applebee's and it is my treat for taking the time to come down. Call me at 574-722-1204 if you are coming down Friday night and if you are staying at the Ramada Inn, don't forget to ask for the special rate for the event. We will be dining at 7pm by the way. Also, I will be setting up at the Ramada Inn starting at 7:30 am if anyone would like to help and those coaches who are helping with the Boy Scout event need to be at the Ramada Inn no later than 8am, so I can go through how the stations are going to work. Right now my five volunteers as coaches for the Boy Scout event are...Jimbo Dunagan, Joe Allore, Al Dunham, Tim Young and Matt Wavra. I will still need help with many things. I am going to have a MFCA recruiting station, HHEFL station, public demonstration area etc...so anyone who wants to help is welcome.

Furthermore...anyone coming in Friday night...hey my home is open for some miniature football. I cannot wait until next Saturday...this is going to be awesome. I have been receiveing calls from parents all week...the kids are excited...I'm excited!

We will still be selling raffle tickets up to Noon on Saturday. We will have the grand prize raffle drawing at around 12:15.

I also have some more special news! Delayne and Michael Landsman have donated a "Rose Bowl Board" to be raffled off to one of the Scouts at the event! How awesome is that! And I will be taking orders for Miggle products at the event. All orders that come from the event will be special because Miggle is going to give back 15% to the Scouts fund raiser....I love the Landsmans! A big thank you goes out to Miggle and everyone who has donated to the cause.

One more week to go!!!! Who will be the First Hoosier Heartland Invitational Champion...you can't win if you don't come!
