Adding a home video

How do I add a home video? I've added pictures before, but how do I add a home video from a camera. I've added them to emails, but this has a size restriction. How do I keep it under or do I not have to keep it under any restriction.

Where are you from partner? I'm a teacher that lives in Ankeny, Iowa. Been in the hobby 35+ years. By the way, sorry, I can't help you with the home movies. I just learned pics a couple months ago!
