Default Who Would You Take In This Combo And Why

Coaches

If you were a coach/owner of an nfl team, which one of these combo's would you take if you know what you know about them now, and was starting a rebuilding season

1) walter payton and joe montana

2) peyton manning and o.j. simpson

3) Tom brady and Emitt smith

4) DAN MARINO AND JIM BROWN

******IM TALKING ABOUT THE JUICE SLICING ON THE FIELD AND NOT OFF !!!!!!

MANTARAY- DRE MUST GO WITH THE ( PEYTON MANNING AND O.J. COMBO). i THINK DEFENSES WOULD BE SO AFRAID OF HIS PASSING HE CAN JUST GIVE IT TO THE JUICE ON A PITCH OUT AND FLAIR PASSES

WHO WOULD YOU TAKE, (NO MIXING THE COMBO'S)

Default good one...

this is a good one.......

I would have to take the Marino/Brown combo....if you stack up on Brown, marino will kill you...if you play off, Brown will punish you!

Default Hmmm...

Good one Dre! When making this decision I have to ask myself do I want to win championships or just look good! I like championships so I'd have to say Brady and Emmitt!

The all-time leading rusher in the history of the NFL and 3 championships for him coupled with what will arguably be the biggest big game QB in NFL history with 3 or 4 championship himself and he's still playing. Easy choice for me.

However, if it was a popularity contest then I'd say Walter & Joe!

marino may never have won (no running game), but Big Jim Set the standard and won his Lion's share of titles before SB came into existence...

However, your right!

With the choices you have listed, I'd go with Brown and Marino. However; my ideal combo would be Barry Sanders and Dan Fouts. Dan had the arm to keep defenses playing back, which would give Barry the chance to rip them apart.

I would go with almost any combination that features Jim Brown. Thus I go with the combination of Dan Marino & Jim Brown.

Default No brainer!

Dan Marino and Jim Brown. Tryng to stop one would make it almost impossible to stop the other.

Default Jim Brown

Problem here is so many don't even know who Jim Brown is or what he did or how he IS the standard of what a running back could be. I believe Jim and Dan would be dynamic on the field or in the booth.

Emmit would be a great addition to that backfield and he would also be great in the booth.

Brady, well ....

The real force here is Jim Brown. Any team today would greatly improve if there was ever a man with his ability and determination to be the best.

Showing my age.
