Cool Field Questions ????

Hoping someone can help with some field questions I have. Working on my collection of fields and was curious:

1. What is a 655 championship field? What does it look like? Anyone has a picture of one they can post? Same size as a 620?

2. What is a 645 championship field? Same questions as above, look like? picture? size?

3. 635 Classic? picture? size?

4. 660? picture size?

Any and all answers, pictures, comments are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Mike "ZZ Top, just looking for a little" Tush

your first picture is a 660....they came in 2 sizes..........if it has tudor games on the side rail it is the bigger one..same size as the old 620's....the second is a 645 and the 3rd is a scaled down size often called 620 or 635......but they are the same size as the old 613's and 618's from the late 60's early 70's.....( midsize boards,...about 31 inches long) .......................basically 655, 645, 630, 620 are all the same size....about 37 inches long)....go to my website and click on carter boards..most of the ones you asked about are on the site

Default thanks

Coachbback & Kansas Bill - thanks, appreciate the responses to my questions.

From the original 4 that I asked about (655, 645, 635 and 660) based on your answers looks like I have 3 of the 4? Looks like I have a 645, 635, and a 660. Missing a 655 and this looks like it might be a tough one to find.

Thanks again, appreciate the help.

Kansas Bill - By the way still have gotten over you come over to Wyandotte county and taking one of our Turner High School babes to our senior prom. Look forward to seeing if we can't meet some time at one of the tournaments and compare stories about growing up in KC and of course 76 prom.

Mike

Ya... Well I ain't over it..
The ONLY reason, and I mean the ONLY reason she wanted me to take her to prom was the fact that I was a Shawnee Mission guy, and could take her to prom in a Vette. Besides.. She had broken up with her long time older boyfriend.. How would it have looked if she had gone with a Turner guy at the last minute like that???

Do you have any idea how much crap I took from my (now ex) wife for 21 years.. She saw Lori once or twice. And when she got po'd.. Sometimes she go on about how my family would rather I had married Lori.. MARRIED????? Good Lord.. We barely dated.. And honestly.. It's been 30 years ago... But.. I think I might have given her a hug goodnight.. There was certainly NO kiss on the lips.. I do know that..

Bottom line man.. I was used.. Used for prom..

She hasn't had the easiest of times since those days..
At least she did marry a nice guy.. I hope she is doing well.
