Default My first semi-pro football game

Last saturday I attended my first semi-pro football game. The New Castle Thunder vs Chardon Vikings. I was expecting older men trying to relive their past but I was wrong. The football was really good. It was beyond my expectations. Alot of the players were from New Castle and most played Division II college football. The league is called The North America Football League. My local team is the New Castle Thunder. Its amazing because our population is only about 21000. Check it out. newcastlethunder.com. Do you think there's room for a semi-pro miniature football league? huh

Default The Red and Black

You need to take a trip up to the north country - northern NY specifically Watertown - home to one of the oldest semi-pro football teams in the country - the Watertown Red and Black!

Here is a link to their site.

Default Mozeek - Know them both.

The express played the R & B at one time. You must know George St. Lawrence then. Great guy.

Hey Mo - where are all the BAMsters? You need to check my recent post on the BAM sign-up thread.

Default Minor League Football

I've been a big supporter of Minor League Football for years. The Central Penn Piranha are our local team and they've been NAFL Champions three times in the last 9 years. When you see me all "Raidered up" that is what I used to wear to the Piranha games.
