Question Coaching Records

I am just back into the game after many years away. Just recently completed my first competitive league season and starting the BAM Saturday. I hear many names and "greats" of the game. Just curious - what are some of the win-loss records out there. Maybe not just wins/losses, but tournament finishes, etc... Maybe even total games played in competitive leagues (not solitaire). List leagues playing/played in.

I think that would be an interesting post and something done on the "real" level all the time.

Default Noefl/joefl

From my somewhat cluttered memory banks-

The New Orleans Electric Football League was established in 1999. It became the Jefferson-Orleans Electric Football League in 2005.

The NOEFL used straight Miggle Toys Championship rules. The JOEFL is a hybrid Miggle/TSO mix with a 3.5g weight limit.

Winningest Coaches:

Ron Bell- 1999-2003, 2007 Champion. Win total around 70 games.
Champion teams- Dolphins/Saints. In 2007 def Oubre's Pats 14-7. Did not play in 2005 or 2006 due to losing and then re-building his MF items due to Hurricane Katrina. Known for deadly accurate passing. Holds record for most points scored in game, 39 in 2002.
Current team- Dolphins

John Oubre- 2004 Champion. Last Champion of the NOEFL. Win total around 60 games. Known for tough running games and great after the catch. Only coach to participate in every season of NOEFL/JOEFL.
Champion team- Browns def R Bell's Dolphins 14-7.
Current team- Patriots

"NO Dave" Haydel- Entered NOEFL in 2000. 2006 JOEFL Champion. Win total over 40 games. Did not play in 2002 or 2003 due to deployments. Known for unbelievable special teams, quick scat-backs, and crafty defense. Holds record for most kickoff returns for TD's in a game: 4, in 2001.
2006 Champion team- Cardinals def Bears 15-13 on 49 yard FG on final play.
Current team- Bills/Breakers

Arnold Collins- Entered NOEFL in 2003. First JOEFL Champion in 2005. Win total over 30 games. Known for accurate passing and bruising running game. Swept R Bell in their division in 2007 by giving him his only two losses. Holds record for most TD passes thrown in game: 5 in 2005. Also has record for largest margin of victory, 33, also in 2005.
2005 Champion team- Packers def NO Dave's Eagles 20-14.
Current team- Packers

This is a good thread!

Default i would but it might start something

good question, but answers may not come.....

..... some coaches that are very proficient at winning may not post W/L records....

For myself, I have played in and won league titles
(MEFA 2000, 2001 [broncos, Rams]);
Buzzball Champion 2005, runner up 2001, 2004 (date??)
BEFL Currently Back-to-back Champion (Cardinals 2007, Falcons 2006) and champion 2004 (chargers)
Dulles-Washington League Champion (chargers 2004) 11-1
BEFL Capital Bash - runner up 2008
Made the final 4 of Miggle in 1999
Won Raiderman Invitational (the first one)
BWCFL - Runner up 2002 (Titans)
NEFL - AFC South Champion Titans (16-2) lost to eventual Champion in AFC Title game

many other title games and tournaments that I no longer have the dates....
