Thumbs up Raider Nation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well Well
People who do not know about "Raider-Nation" You need to !!!
What an experience: I spent Many hours today with ErnRon.

I was once again welcomed into RD's house but this time it was magical .

I walk into the Raider room with his Full Home team on the board, the raider rock, that ghostly figure,The Music, and much more. The Raider Atmosphere was defiantly set to do some @ss kicking.

RD tweak awhile as I closely watched on, it was amazing how fast and well he did this. It look like he had done this his whole life. We then did a little scrimmage( I will not tell you the outcome) He did run 3 plays and scored 3 TDs from 80 yards or more on the 1st three plays.

The other half of Raider-nation then showed up and there was more tweaking and more scrimmaging . I learned so much from just watching ( at least I hope I did) Those two guys are unbelievable friendly and helpful, I left with knowledge of the game( Tweaking, game plan, type of bases to use, type of players to use,Defense and offense to run and other things I can't remimber at this time) of EF and some other goodies. When I say goodies I mean Players and tweaked up bases.I hope it is ok to say that RD.
If anyone wants to know RD dosn't know what he is doing .
He just get it done .
You and I are not members of the Raider Nation but we should be a member of something like it.

I told the ErRon's that I could not tell them how much I appreciate what they did.

Thanks again

Looking forward to more

Thanks,
For the kind words Doug. I just did what I would hope any veteran coach would do for any other coach(rookie or veteran), that asks for help. To many of us are caught up in our own EF/MF journey that the rookie coach sometimes gets left behind. I know what it's like coming into a league, a MF league(The DFW league) at that, and getting thrown into something that at times can be overwhelming, tiring, and very time consuming. I spent hours upon hours learning every facet of this game we call M/F E/F, be it tweaking, customizing, painting, which athletes function better on which bases, I want to know everything there is to know about our great hobby(though honestly I don't think I'll learn it all) and it has also taught me alot more than I knew about sportsmanship and fellowship. Some of the greatest guys I know and have become friends with in our fraternity would do the same thing I did, though my wife told me Sunday over dinner that 10 hours of M/F from 12 noon Saturday till 10PM Saturday night was a little much, but you see time actually went by real fast. I had not had the feeling I had teaching 2 coaches, "Doug" Rookie DFW Coach, and "Earnest Claiborne" a veteran DFW coach, the many different aspects of M/F E/F(since I coached my son's little league team), wow it was magical, Dougs eyes sparkled like a little kid at a candy store, Earnest and Doug were sitting there watching as base after base was being tweaked, Earnest labled players as I told him which players to put on which base. It was a very special night of tweaking as every base we touched that night turned into a very special athlete(not one base was ruined). As a former college athlete myself, you know when your in the zone and Saturday night was one of those nights that you knew you were in a zone, it has been some time since I've put out the number of Quality athletes on the M/F gridiron that we churned out Saturday, and now hopefully Doug and Earnest will have a little better understanding of some of the tweaking techniques used in transforming a player and a base into a star. We "ERNROB", as Reg calls us covered various offensive and defensive schemes and startegies as well with Doug, and hopefully we have armed Doug with some of the tools, strategies, and techniques that will help develope him into a better M/F E/F coach, not only on the gridiron, but also as a coach that is willing to help others along the way. I can say one thing for sure, I had as good a time as they did Saturday, just watching Doug's eyes as those little football men(athletes), took off across the board after a little tweaking was a sight to see, he was truely like a kid in a GIANT Candy store. Doug you have now been armed with a little more knowledge about every aspect of our hobby, now go get your hands dirty, and start building your team, and always remember to teach others along the way. Anytime you have a question just give me a ring.

It was truely an Honor and a Priveledge to Share the Knowledge
