Default Miniature Football Comes to Bryant Park!

Comrads:

The world famous Bryant Park on 42nd Street has a gaming area for New Yorkers and tourists, where chess and other games can be played.

It includes a table large enough to include a Miniature Football board.

Thus, before it gets frigid, yours truly will be spending a couple of Saturday afternoons out there promoting the sport of Miniature Football.

Anyone interesed in joining me should contact me at 2123696623.

Carpe Diem,
Paul Leslie Gardner

P.S. - Keep in mind that do to conductivity concerns at this very public park, I will have to use the battery-operated Excalibur board.

Default sounds like a plan

hey paul

This sounds like a plan. Bryant park is very private and prestigious. Many parks have gaming areas like you mentioned. This is an idea to play some football. Many chess, backamon, card and other games are played at these sites on a regular basis. Next year mozeek wants to start the bam in june. this is the perfect scenario to play some games. I thought central park in the past but did not know if anyone wanted to play outdoors (only if it is warm)
also no rain of course and wind to take into consideration. Also, do you think the park has a bathroom facility.

Another sweet place outdoors is belmont park. They have a huge picnic area with extra large tables to play some ball. You can play the ponies and football all in one day. This ofcourse is for next season if anyone is interested.

In fact, you can play 50 million place outdoors in manhattan as long as you have power to run the boards and a near by bathroom. If need be, we can by a series of battery op boards and take it to the elements.

Paul, what's the name of that park accross the street from your job. Im going to talk to mozeek about this. If your playing next year, we need to section of the games that is convient for all. I spoke with dre-kc yesterday and he also want's to do manhattan. coaches like mozeek, artlax, and other can play there games at the toy wiz. After the travel yesterday, it is much more convient for me to play in new brunswick than at the toy wiz. The t-wiz area has no cab service at all. It's just a park and ride stop then your on your own. At least in new brunswick a cab station is right accross the street with restaurants, d-donuts and many other options. Plus thetrain ride out there is very relaxing.

Hopefully we will have enough coaches where you dont have to play everyone in the league. Also a division can be set where you play coaches twice to fill the sked. This is a learning year with many possibilities for next year. Summertime in manhattan, i will stay out there allllllllll day.

Default Madison Square Park

Dre:

Madison Square Park is the park near my old job at 23rd Street and Madison Avenue.

There are no benchs there though, but there is a pay bathroom facility. I also believe that there is a bathroom facility at Bryant Park.

Default Manta Ray

What is this - no cab service stuff?

Not that I have my hack license but - you called me at the Toy Wiz and it took me like what- 5 miniutes to come and get you. And I did not mind doing it.

Also - Karim came and got you at the train station in New Bruns - right.

I don't understand? Was there a problem - I did not mind bringing you the rest of the way to The Wiz and in fact when you asked if I would take you back I said yes - and then when you were ready to go you asked Jerry to take you????

And you did come there before with Wally?

I don't understand man - I just don't understand????
