CAN YOU EXPLAIN THE 3 SECONDS TO PASS SCENARIO !!!!!!

Is it the board runs for three seconds (simulating the dropback). Then look for the open receiver.

What id no receiver is open in 3 sec's ?

PLEASE JUST GO OVER THAT SET UP WHEN YOU HAVE TIME.
