Default Prettyboy, A Job Well Done

Corey,

As an observer yesterday of the BAM Bowl, I want to thank you for taking the time to give us a play-by-play of the the action as it unfolded. You will never know how important that was for guys around the country to have some way of feeling like they were right there even though they may have been a thousand miles away! You had guys from throughout the country dangling on your every post!

Sometimes it isn't even about the game but more about the essence of the storyline. You were a great addition to the BAM and I know you want to win just as bad as the next guy but no matter what, you always show!

Guys like you are definitely good for the game and that support that you show all styles make it difficult not to respect and like you. You and I always have a good time when we are around each other and I for one, wish I would have had that chance this weekend.

I'll see you next year in the BAM.

Reg

Default Thanks RR

Thank you everyone that enjoyed it!

It was a chore, but it was fun. And to have guys actually waiting for my post, and replying........that was over the top.

It was an all around effort from all involved. Artlax did the stats (Man did he do the stats!)

Morgan & Wally handled the ref honors.

Wally also brought the food!

Morgan came out of pocket to buy audio/video supplies

Joe Greco was on the clocks!

Ed Scott who wasn't even in the league but came to Toy Wiz for 2 play dates worked the video camera in the first half, and gave some thoughtful insight for the game.

Nick Slate (artlax's son) was outstanding!!!!! I really feel this kid has a future in the tv/movie business. He took over the camcorder in the 2nd & the video he got was outstanding. All different angles, close ups of the refs talking to the coaches, coaches shaking the box... you name it he was on top of it. He also took still shots, probably the ones you will see in other post!

And of course I took the glamour job, that would seem like the most work!

I also got to meet Papa Bear & Paul Gardner, two coaches from the NY area.
They were in my booth most of the game and we had a blast.

So start getting ready for
BAM 09 coming in June!!!!

Default I fully agree Reg

I can have Corey on my schedule next season, but I don't want Nick on my schedule, I have a problem playing against youngfellas named Nick, LMAO.

P.S. Some know what I'am talking about (smile).
