Default What kind of Camera should I buy

Goodmorning everybody, I want to buy a nice camera to take pictures of the college teams and bases I have, but I don't know which is the best for that clean crisp look I see on so many post here, can any of you point me in the right direction.

Do you want to invest in a full-on pro-cam or a point-and-shoot?

For the $$$ Nikon makes a SICK SLR D-100 with 6 Mega Pixels. My wife uses that to take all my pics. You need camera knowledge to work it, but its amazing how crisp the pics are and how much detail you capture. It's an investment for sure but a camera you'll have for life.

Default canon powershot a630

I use this one Norbert, http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/co...&modelid=14108

I love taking pics of everything but I am not a camera "techie" i'm a point and shoot guy. This camera is perfect for everything, has automatic settings, focus everything. even takes short video clips, quality is awesome you can check my posts to see the pics i've posted before. It's 8 mega pixel which means your pics will be SHARP and clear, you can get it for about $200 but I would have easily spent $500 or so for this, check it out

I've been using it now for about 2 years so if you get one hit me up and I'll give you some simple tips so you don't have to deal with the manual "book" that comes with it.

here are some prices I found, http://shopping.yahoo.com/search;_yl...shot+a630&did=

Based on your photographic skills and ability to comprehend the fine workings of a modern digital device, I would highly recommend this model.
