THE GREAT ONE, OLD SCHOOL, IS OUT OF SURGERY

Coaches,

The great Don smith had to have a neccesary operation yesterday with a medical situation that had him quite worried. I spoke to him the day before the operation and for the very first time i heard a serious quietness in his tone that had me concerned. I called him today and he did make it out o.k.
He left a brief message on my voice mail today and i did not recognize the voice at first. .He just wanted me to know he was released from the hospital and is home recovering. PLEASE DO NOT CALL HIM FOR A FEW DAYS AS HE NEEDS THE TIME TO REST AND HEAL. !!!!

Please post all well wishes right here as he will read them all soon as he is up to it. You know i will not post any specific's. That is for him and his familyy to decide. Whenever someone in the community needs a helping hand in any situation, don is alway's the first person to repsond in kind. Now its tme WE ALL return the favor to a fellow coach and one of the greatest ambassador's that ever graced this hobby.

Don, i wish you a speedy recovery at home. ( I told you what worried you would turn out ok). Take as much time as you nred to recoup. Dont worry about the chat board or MF for a little while. Lay in bed and catch up on those talk shows and court shows. The MF community will rally around you and keep you in there thoughts/prayers. GET WELL SOON SO I CAN TAKE DOWN THE KING AT THE BRAWL ( YEAH RIGHT , LOL)
