You can sand the plat form, you can cut base. Let me explain there are some coaches who cut the figure platform in half then put the figure on a base and add a illegal subtance like watchers, gum, lead tape, putty then cover it over with paint instead of useing legal material it was made with. I think a coach should present a quality looking team. Not crazy looking one.

Default I "HATRIOT" THE WIDE ARMED CUSTOM POSE

DSEFL COACHES,

I absolutely hate those extremely wide armed custom/altered poses. It is as clear as the driven snow they are created specifically to grab your WR. It is a second line of defense if the receiver should slip past the Db's trying to get up field. It's thee, "WHERE YOU THINK YOUR GOING SONNY routine".. Or your grandma wanting some sugar when she first sees you. It clearly states your trying to trap someone. " THIS IS NOT PATRIOTIC " . Basketball players are taught to play wide armed to get there hand on the ball if it is thrown left or right. Also, defensive guards play wide armed alot to slap a pass away, get a steal. and cut off the dribbilers path if he is going left or right to the basket. THIS IS WHAT THESE PLAYERS DO IN ELECTRIC FOTTBALL. " CUT OFF A WR PATH BY ANY MEANS " AND CAUSE A TRAFFIC JAM

HOPE THESE PLAYERS ARE NOT ALLOWED

THANX
MANTARAYDRE.

Default I agree with Jimbo

Even tho that guy may have some long arms...they are wide, and will not grab and hold the receiver in place. Rather they will release him, and once the guy runs into the arm that corner will most likely turn with the guy and run with him.......perfect coverage.

In the NEFL, you can only have 2 CC on defense at a time. If caught, it's an 15yd unsportsmanlike conduct foul & automatic 1st down!

That's pretty bad to add illegal stuff to the fig. Where's the fun in doing that?
We had the Deuce league this year....about 12-14 young coaches playing, and not once did they have an altercation. Not once did they argue a call. But the 32 NEFL coaches.......Oh boy!!!
At times we were the ones acting like kids. But having the Deuce in the building made us watch ourselves a bit more.
Grown ups learning from kids.......... Go figure!

set a standard width max for players to be..... keeps things the same for all.

limit 2 CC at a time would help.....

wide arm players don't always turn and run....they do still "hold", but just not on every play......

Default FORGOT ONE THING: JUST SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT

Not trying to stifle creativity, but if the arms are stock arms just repositioned I wouldn't have a problem with them, regardless of their intent. But if you're using arms from outside the EF/MF/BB/FF world and/or stretching limbs or using longer legs in place of arms, THAT is unacceptable.

The thing I forgot to mention along with the SD and/or B-n-R is throwing to engaged receivers that have pushed their defender beyond 5yds from the LOS.

I really don't care, I just would like to know what I'm up against. It doesn't sound like anybody knew these beasts (no offence, RIP) were allowed at the last 2 events and if it was known by the masses and not a select few in the cut, that more people would've/could've prepared against them. It was an UNFAIR advantage along the same lines as McGuire, Sosa and Bonds tying, breaking and setting new HR records. Not cool in my book, and will FOREVER be an asterisk (*) next to their names regardless of the pitchers that were juiced too.

If we allow them, make it public knowledge and give us time to prepare is all I'm saying.

Since I'm never gonna be on offense, it doesn't matter to the DOME PATROL!!!

WHO DEY???

Thanks. Still working my way back into the hobby. That's funny. I remember when guys used to use pennies and small nuts on the bases for strength.
