Why did I mention a forfeit B/C those words are spoken often by coaches if you cant play when they think a game has been scheduled, if you know what I mean.

Default What I did

I had my team already decaled from last year. I know for me it took forever for me to do a team. From a basing standpoint I don't want my team to done as a coach. That way, I can continue to improve the team as I go for a better end product.

Default The tail end....

Uncle Reggie,

Once again, I got suckered into joining one of those revolutionary leagues.
I had to take a very good non weighted team and transform them into a weighted team. I was amazed! I had very little time to do anything but I was able to create a very competative team. Of course there will need to be additions and adjustments, but I pulled it off. However, i'm finding it harder to tweak bases these days. I don't know if it is the bases or me. Too bad i'll never get to play with LSU any time soon.

Default It does take a long time to base up a winning team

I have not read all the posted replies, but this item can be answered in 2 formats

NO - it don't take long to base up a team in theroy, but to be successful, you have to put in some time to find the right players to play your schemes.

OR

YES - it does take a long time to base up your team. you have to have the right WR or "train" your OT to slid or pull at the right speed and angle to be effective...that takes more time to fine-tune it.
Then there is the OLB aka Looper - you have to 1) choose the type of base for that position; 2) fine-tune it's angle of pursuit..... all time consuming process for most.

let's not forget the superstar RB - or stable of RB.... each one was be 'trained" to do a function within your offense... also a place to spead time doing until you have what you want carrying the load......

I can go on and on.....you get the picture......

NO - it don't take long to base up a team, I did my miggle team in about 5 hours, 1st i make a strong OL and strong DL then i make very fast DB and
then i make my LB'S fast with some power and then i go do my RB'S one that go to the left and one that go to the right and two that are fast and strong and the QB has to be fast and the WR'S i have to put in the most time to find the right ones.

and that's it 5 hours and a miggle title with a little luck.
but that's just me you do what you do.
to me the fun part is to make a team when i get to a tournament and see how far i can go with a team i just maid, that's fun to me.

ps
my home team is my home team i don't play with them away from home and i don't take any players from my home team to play with. when i play away from home i base a team up when i get there or make a new team to play with like i did when i played in the DFW.

BUT THAT'S JUST ME.
