First off, wolf is doing a masterful job running the MFCA as a whole. I could not think of a better president. AND DO NOT WANT ANOTHER PRESIDENT.

***HOW ABOUT POLICING YOUR OWN ACTION INSTEAD OF LOOKING FOR WOLF TO CLEAN UP THE BLOOD

Wolf is not a prison guard that has to look over the shoulder of the MFCA INMATES. inmmate not in terms of a criminal, but in term of being IN our community and is now considered a MATE amongst us all.

THE THOUGHT OF WOLF STEPPING DOWN IS UNHEARD OF. WE WILL HAVE NO SUCH EVENT.

I will consider you better than the world when you make your players set up, run down field, make plays and carry on a conversation with you on the sideline(WITHOUT YOU TOUCHING THEM). ONCE YOU DO THAT, THEN WE WILL ALL KNEEL IN FRONT OF YOU AND BOW. With that said, ALL ARE JUST A MAN WITH A SET OF FIGURES ON BASES. NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS.

last time i checked, noboby has a $500.000 contract with coke, brut, mcdonalds, after shave LOTION, etc etc.

Iread alot of "pysc" (sike) books and it teaches you, "without ego, there can be piece". A womans biggest downfall is envy(I hate that bit**) . A mans biggest hurdle is his EGO (Im the baddest)

I heard horror stories on how some coaches spoke to others in the past. yelling a screaming. HOW DID THIS GAME GET YOU TO A POINT IN LIFE WHERE YOU FEEL YOU MUST CARRY ON WAY BEYOND YOUR TEMPERMENT TO GET A POINT ACROSS. Remeber, your not getting paid. I understand the outburst during the course of a game. yhat just men in the heat of battle.
but on a sunny afternoon with nothing to do. What are you really after in this hobby. I FULLY UNDERSTAND THE TRASH TALK ON THE CHATBOARD, THAT JUST WHAT MEN DO IN THE MIDST OF A HEATED SPORTS DISCUSSION.


I'd like to think i am personally pretty cool with all the hobbies members.
If there are grudges going on right now or squabbles of any sort. Please try and correct them. LIKE I SAID, YOU ARE NOT GETTING PAID FOR THIS.

I'm not looking to create a big drama....the fact is, I have my hands in too many parts of the running of the MFCA, the forum and the magazine. We are almost 3 years in from the beginning of the MFCA and it is time to let go of some of the responsibilities. I do not intend to leave the forum and as a necessity must continue to admin the forum from a technical side of things. I do think, however that it is time for a new moderator or moderators to take my place who have a clear and fair understanding of the code of conduct and are willing to check the forum on a regular basis. All forums deal with this and more hands in the running actually makes for a better overall end product.

The people who pointed out my mis-management of some situations were correct. We set the COC, 8 months ago and I have not followed it exclusively because I always feel like we can work these things out with communication.

In regards to being President, the situation is clear and needs to be discussed. The bylaws are set as they are and they are good, but they need to be looked at by the overall membership and adjusted to current conditions to best serve what the membership wants. I am more concerned with the Treasurer position then anything else!

It is very simple...you are a class act and this hobby desperately needs you, though may not necessarily deserve you! Not that there are bad people here, but the energy you expend is too great for the reward you receive.

I don't think it can be fully appreciated what people in your role deal with unless you've had some experience in it yourself. And in THIS hobby, there are many views and opinions. Some are purists, some want to embellish and promote, some want to make the game as "real" as possible. Some emphasis the creative aspect and others like to "stir the pot" to stimulate interest. Add in the egos and competetive "juices", along with the cultural differences and as the old adage goes, "You can't please everyone" The one thing that will keep you going is that your love of this hobby or at least certain aspects of it outweighs all the "stuff" you've got to deal with.
