Got images from web, and I used simple Office Depot sticker paper. Not ideal, but works for now due to me not having a water slide capable printer.

Oh hi doug didn't know it was you.
Players do occationally twitch when going over it, but most of the time it' ok.

If the masked rider fig is metal then prime with black spray and then use acrylic paint. If plastic don't prime (will flake off) and use oil based paint (flexible so when fig bends paint will too). Whatever it's made of wash the figure in soap and water before you paint this gets the mold release off.
