Bought a new Board
I saw this on EBay and I Snapped it up because i had not seen one like it before.
It is made by Eagle Toys and it is canadian. It has canadian Field markings and the flags around the outside have all the canadian team names (including the old ottawa rough riders). the game is a single piece of pressed metal with a motor on the bottom similar to other EF games and has a switch on the side like a lamp to turn the motor on and off. -the players are 2 dimensional plastic and are 1 piece with the base. anyone know anything about Eagle toys and how they fit in to the whole Gotham/ tudor history of the game? |

Kool!
Don't know anything about it but I'd build a sweet frame for it and either use it for display with the original players that came with it or use it to play with.
Great find. Let us know how it runs. Don

New to this board (and Electric football in general) but I love that board, Lindyhopper.. It would be a fun little board to play on once in a while, especially for someone learning like me.
I'm pretty much just looking at 1960s-70s CFL boards, so I will put Eagle Toys at the top of my eBay search list! Thanks for sharing |
