Default Photo Contest Postponed

I want to thank those of you who sent in entries. Unfortunately, we only had a few coaches enter and not enough to make it possible to create a noteworthy contest. (maybe a different time of year would be better-we are open to suggestions)

We will hold the entries sent and try again after the first of the year. In the meanwhile, I would like to encourage everyone to dedicate just a little time to taking some quality photographs (NOT blurry, poorly lighted, etc.) of your players and teams in preparation for the time when we re-introduce the contest.
Try to get the players in settings with realistic backdrops also. I suggest the Miggle cardboard fan scenes at the very least or solid color backdrops like portrait photographers use. ( I often use a pillowcase.)

Again thanks, and if anyone has suggestions on how or when to get a better turnout, we are all ears.

Default Photo Contest

How about this idea for a photo contest. Since a lot of guys like taking and viewing the pics of league games throughout the country how about the best photo from a league game? And maybe caption to go with the photo. Many coaches take pictures of their games anyway and you could allow 2 or 3 submissions per person?
