Default Colorful Electric Gridiron figures

I finally got to set up my photo shoot, and I actually remembered to photograph them on bases.

Numbers, names and logos are decals, except for Muncie which has all of the lightning bolts painted. Those about killed me, and I still think the helmet logos are a little large, but I just couldn't make them any smaller. The braids on Fitzgerald was my first attempt at hair, and I think I need to refine my method, but now I can take on the players I have been avoiding because of thier dreads.

Last are some custom poses that I am working on. I was very hesitant to cut up such nice figures, but with some encouragement from Dewayne Jennings I finally took a knife to them. I was amazed at how well the figures can be customized. You can see that I was also heating and bending them, which works well too. Just be very careful as they will actually catch on fire if you get them too close to the flame.

These will be on display at the convention, and I think they look better in person, as these shots show a little too much.

These figures are really amazing. They look like Macfarlin (sp?) figs.

Well done!

Default WOWSERS!!!!!!!!!!!

I am with Mark on this. This makes me wanna just quite the paint and decal game cause i will never be able to come close to this talent. All of you guys who present work like this are just raising the bar of the hobby, and i think its great!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are witnessing a transformation, just like when Buzzball and FF.NET figs came out as an alternative to the standard fab 5's. Now, almost every team made has a combination, if not all, of these "new" figures. Then, guys started customizing and making totally new and unique poses, again, some being on everyones teams. BUT NOW THIS

Its just a matter of time before these talents are present on everyones teams.

All of us, get up our skills or take on a 3rd job.

Beautiful job.
