How can i post a document here without the cut and paste tactic?

Do i save the file into pdf or something like that, then post here?

I dont know.

I have my Greatest Games Solitaire League schedule that i would like to post in the solitaire forum. Maybe 200 teams involved. Took me a full year just to do the schedule
