Your right on base with what you wrote. It can happen, we have regional reps and are working on rewriting what their responsibilities are to make it a viable position again. This could potentially be part of their jobs to get and keep track of tourney info from their regions and then report to the Rankings Committee. Or we could just get volunteers at each event to record the info.

In a sense, you are talking about "sanctioning" tourneys which wouldn't have to be more than making sure they keep accurate records (provide a form), have given adequate notification of the event and that there was a set minimum of participants with some sort of simple documentation (provide a form).

We can do more (much more) with more people taking active roles!

Champion against the MFCAL winner would be cool also. A nice prize could be given...two silly bands!!
