It is green stuff. The night pic is not very good...
 a thing about green stuff : you can vary the mixing proportions too : basically, you use 50%/50% (yellow/blue). But you can also put more blue or more yellow (60%/40%). More blue means more sticky putty, more yellow means more soft putty
