![]() Hi,
In this topic, I'll speak about the recruiting, tryouts and training camps before the start of the 2011 world solitaire College league. Each team will have 13 players. 11 first players will be dispatched on a standard offense formation : 1 QB 2 RBs 2WRs 1 TE 2 OT 2 OG 1 C I'll add 2 option extra players : 1WR 1RB Those players will also play on defense (for example, Qb for MLB, WRs, for CBs, etc...), and Rbs and Wrs will be allowed to play as a 2dn tight end if needed. How will I simulate the preseason recruiting ? I will tweak bases for the whole conference, using a "blank" team, simply.
I'll try to tweak equally all the bases. Then, all the bases will be putted in diferent bags, and I'll pickup randomly each base for each player on each team. The goal is to simulate the fact recruiting agents "bet" on one guy supposed the best, but like in real life, some are better than other ones, some reveals themselves as future pro football stars, and other ones just cannot take their place in high level football. Once the bases will be picked up, THEY WILL HAVE TO PLAY THE ENTIRE SEASON WITH THE BASES THEY HAVE. Like in real world, once the season starts, best players are all engaged. If you star high school running back has a injury, or does not play as the recruit agents expected, too bad as a coach you'll have to deal with that. I plan to make the "recruiting" before the end of the year 2010. For now, concerning figures themselves, only one team is ready : ![]() Be prepared for future preseason game reports and training camps (=tweaking sessions, strenght and speed comparisons), on broadcast (some of the videos will be direct live also). Then, we will be ready for some pre season stats ![]() You will have all the answers soon, with full multimedia support : pictures, videos, live internet TV, and forum reports. So stay tuned !
