RB pass with passing sticks?

Just something going through my head, but does anyone make it more difficult for a non QB using passing sticks?

The only thought in my head is to have to use a stick that is one size larger than what it would actually be.

I'm of course going on the assumption that a non QB does not throw as well as a QB.

Curious what you do.
